Accent Equity has signed an agreement to invest in Swedlog. The founder, Magnus Åkesson, together with management, will co-invest alongside Accent Equity and continue to develop the company.
Swedlog is a leading Nordic provider of premium ready-to-eat fruit, with key focus on avocado. The company combines advanced AI-driven Softripe ripening technology with deep in-house expertise in ripening and quality. In recent years, this combination has transformed the market for ready-to-eat fruit, delivering consistently higher-quality fruit with better taste than fruit ripened using traditional technologies. In addition, shelf-life is significantly extended, reducing waste for retailers and consumers alike.
Swedlog has grown rapidly in recent years and today serves leading grocery retail and foodservice customers across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, with sales of more than SEK 400 million.

Closing of the transaction is expected in November 2026 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
